Hi, I’m Annie — and helping people move through life’s transitions is the heart of my work.

My path into real estate wasn’t traditional — it was a leap of faith during a season that tested everything.

In my previous life, I had a carefully planned trajectory—I earned a Master’s degree in education, completed student teaching, received my teaching certificate, and had an assignment to join the Peace Corps as an educator. However, life had different plans. Stranded in the rain with a broken down car on my way home from a teaching job, I caught a ride back into town and stumbled upon a conversation about a house for sale—a golden opportunity. So, instead of heading to the Peace Corps, I decided to buy my first home and settle in San Marcos.

Living on a teacher's salary, frugality was my middle name. Amidst the great recession, I did the unthinkable and bought a fixer-upper, or as I fondly called it, a 'tearer-downer,' in a beautiful neighborhood.

That home taught me grit, resourcefulness, and the deep comfort that comes from having a place where you belong.

Today, I help others navigate their own transitions with that same blend of steadfastness, creativity, and support. I bring big-picture planning, compassionate communication, and a calm, concierge-style experience to every move — whether you’re buying, selling, or finding a rental that fits your life right now.
